Feel Love - acoustic version

I have seen that the Japanese version of Give Till It's Gone has a bonus track that's Feel Love, the acoustic version.

I absolutely adore this song, as it is by far my favorite song from him. Does anyone know where I can find this track? I have checked everywhere and It's almost impossible to find.

I think I have this on vinyl but no way of making a digital copy from it. It's a shame as it's a really nice version.
